Implementing PowerCampus eTranscripts with NSC

ReW CTO Wyatt Best's presentation at Ellucian LIVE 2019 that advises PowerCampus schools on implementing a systems integration with National Student Clearinghouse eTranscripts delivery including common pitfalls to avoid and troubleshooting approaches.

Implementation is simpler in recent years, as Ellucian packaged a stand-alone Service Bus instance in the eTranscripts installer (rather negating the idea of a universal bus). Many of the technical details in this presentation are still relevant.
