Field Search Tool

Finding custom field usage in forms is easy, thanks to the Field Search tool! You'll find it under Database > Field Search. This tool lists forms that map to a particular field, source formats that write to the field, or rules that set the field.

However, it's not 100% perfect. Here are some less-common data sources the Field Search tool will not find:

1. Address/location blocks mapped to custom fields (🔐 requires login)
2. Static mappings in Source Formats (🔐 requires login)

This tool does not list other types of usage, such as form export or merge fields (which are technically express queries) or rules that references fields in their selection criteria.
